With Tottenham hot and cold in their outings this season, Chelsea are likely to dampen Jose Mourinho’s homecoming by depriving Spurs of the win. Chelsea were handed a shock defeat at Stamford Bridge earlier this week by Manchester United who breezed past them with two unanswered goals to their name. The hosts were dreadful, to say the least, in the final third and miserably finished the ninety minutes with just one measly shot on target. Frank Lampard’s men are now without a win in their past four games in the league and have garnered no more than two measly points from a possible twelve. As of now, the Blues are sitting fourth on the ladder, just one point ahead of their foes for the weekend.
